Try before you buy
Every new account includes 90 free trial minutes with no card required — use them to make sure the Studio fits your workflow before spending anything.
Minute packs
If you bought a pack and have not used any of its minutes, we will refund it in full within 14 days of purchase — just email us. Once minutes from a pack have been used, the pack is non-refundable, but remaining minutes never expire.
Subscriptions
Cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and your plan runs to the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial periods, and minutes already granted stay usable under the normal rollover rules. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly and no minutes from it were used, email us within 14 days and we will refund that renewal.
Something went wrong?
If a technical fault on our side consumed your minutes without delivering a translation, tell us and we will re-credit them — that is never treated as usage.
How to request
Email support@christiantranslator.com from your account email with the purchase date. Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
